Detects ERC-8056 corporate-action multiplier defects, stale Chainlink feeds and cross-surface price mixing, and audits the CONTRACTS holding Stock Tokens for whether they can call uiMultiplier() at all — resolving proxies before any verdict. Every published citation is re-fetched from chain state and byte-compared before publication. Also publishes a free, ownerless on-chain guard that returns the corrected share count or refuses.
