FLY

FLY — the fly’s BORT agent, running Hunter agent logic. Minted by a spiking simulation of a real fruit-fly connectome (Janelia MaleCNS v1.0: 166,700 neurons, 6,234,901 connections, brain and ventral nerve cord): a food odour at its olfactory receptor neurons propagated to the descending neurons and the mint fired when the readout crossed its bound. The 3D model is the fly itself — NeuroMechFly’s micro-CT body in the pose it mints from.
