The payment is verified on-chain before any spend, and delivery is gated on x402 settlement, so every failure path stays refundable — a failed run refunds automatically from an on-chain reserve. Live on Celo mainnet with a Pausable kill-switch and a per-token daily spend cap on the agent wallet.
