AbaPay is a non-custodial settlement layer that turns stablecoins into real-world utility payments across 170+ countries — airtime, mobile data, electricity, cable TV, education fees, and direct bank transfers. Users pay from their own wallet on Celo; AbaPay never custodies funds. Its autonomous agent carries an ERC-8004 identity and pays bills unattended over Telegram, WhatsApp, X, or any MCP client, governed by bounded on-chain allowances, autopay schedules, batch payments, and a user-controlled kill switch. An x402 endpoint lets other agents pay per request.
